I’m Natasha—a London-based therapist with over a decade of experience supporting women who are exhausted from holding it all together.
Over the years, I started to see a clear pattern: brilliant, capable women showing up in my office feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and buried under the weight of constant pressure. They weren’t broken—they were burnt out. And the tools they’d been given? Surface-level at best.
I created The Stress Factor to change that.
This course brings together everything I know from my work in Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, and Clinical Hypnotherapy. It’s rooted in both evidence and empathy—and designed to help you shift from constantly coping to truly living.
