Terms and Conditions

Sessions and Fees

Each session will be 60 or 90 mins every week/fortnight (unless otherwise agreed).

​

Full payment is made at the time of booking- for all programmes and courses, payment plans avaliable​

If you wish to cease counselling, therapy and coaching, you may do so at any time but I ask that you attend at least one session after this in order to have a proper ending. 

 

Cancellation​

I will not see you if you are under the influence of alcohol and or drugs.

7 days' notice is required to cancel a session. In the event of me not being able to give you your session because of illness then I will give you as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative time. Phone calls will be responded to during clinical hours only Monday-Friday.

Contact​

If you wish to get in touch between sessions then please do via email, communication will not discuss session content or updates. Communication will be kept to polite minimum within clinical working hours, which vary from week to week. Text messages will only be used to book appointments and not for correspondence of any kind.
