Sessions and Fees

Each session will be 50 mins every week/fortnight (unless otherwise agreed).

​

Full payment is made at the time of booking- 

 

Hertfordshire sessions are £80.

​

Davies St location sessions are from £90-£120.

​

Appointments can be booked in blocks to guarantee availability. 

​

Performance and confidence coaching- from £110 per session.

​

Evening sessions are from 6pm, these sessions are booked in blocks of 4 and have a week’s cancellation period due to demand - £85 Payable Weekly on invoice monthly by card/cash/Bank transfer.

Exemption being one to one coaching session where the programme is paid in full in advance.  

 

Therapy is ongoing unless short term solution focused counselling is agreed. Every client’s progress will be reviewed at session 6.   

 

Student coaching & psychotherapy aged 16 plus sessions are £60 per 45 min session. Parents may attend a review session with their child’s consent. Session content is confidential therefore will not be discussed. Sessions are between me (Therapist) and named client.  

 

Full payment will be invoiced should sufficient notice not be given.  If you wish to cease counselling, therapy and coaching, you may do so at any time but I ask that you attend at least one session after this in order to have a proper ending. 

 

Cancellation​

I will not see you if you are under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. 

​

48 hours' notice is required to cancel a session for Hertfordshire by text or phone to 07811104477.  

 

7 days' notice is required in Davies St. In the event of me not being able to give you your session because of illness then I will give you as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative time. Phone calls will be responded to during clinical hours only Monday-Friday.

If you wish to get in touch between sessions then please do via email, communication will not discuss session content or updates. Communication will be kept to polite minimum within clinical working hours, which vary from week to week. Text messages will only be used to book appointments and not for correspondence of any kind.
