A bit about me...

Hello, I’m Natasha and I am a qualified Psychotherapist with practices in both Hertfordshire and London.

 

I am a passionate, experienced and confident therapist, with over a decade of experience and knowledge. I believe that all humans have an innate ability to become the best versions of themselves. Even when life throws us a curveball; when we feel stuck, depressed or anxious. When we experience loss or illness, we need someone to support and guide us through turbulent times.


At the start of my career I worked as an actor, performer, choreographer and teacher, and my fascination for human behaviour and development took me around the world. I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively, while working in the entertainment and events industry. I also lived in Australia for 8 years where I began my initial coach training over 18 years ago.

 

However, my journey wasn’t always easy and my own challenges and experiences have led me to do the work I do today. My heart lies in personal development and I love helping people to facilitate change and transform their lives. Not just through changes in their behaviours and thinking but also those who over time, work through trauma and loss.

A bit about what I do...

Human connection is fundamental to good therapy.

Building a strong therapeutic relationship where the client feels safe, heard and empowered. My unique ability to see the hidden unused resources in each client is key to the success the client then achieves for themselves. I do not believe in going over the same painful emotions and reliving the events time and time again. Instead, I help my clients frame their experiences in a different way, thus changing the language they speak and the messages they hear.


My dynamic approach to creating change is unique in many ways. I can draw upon my many skills and use tailored approaches to suit the client. I’m proud to practise a variety of therapeutic techniques from the worlds of Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Coaching. Once I gain an understanding of the challenges you are facing, I will select the appropriate therapy (or mix of therapies) to create a tailored treatment plan and work with you through the challenges, supporting you at every step of your journey.
