About Natasha
The work starts where most therapy stops.

Success can be visible. The cost of it rarely is.
I believe that every person is continually becoming.
We are shaped by our experiences, relationships, responsibilities and the environments we move through. We adapt, protect ourselves, strive, achieve, love, lose, grow and change. Sometimes those adaptations help us thrive. Sometimes they quietly become the very things that keep us stuck.
For me, therapy has never been about fixing people.
It is about understanding the person beneath the patterns, creating psychological freedom and helping people reconnect with who they are beneath the pressure, expectations and roles they have come to carry.
This philosophy sits at the heart of everything I do.

The Human Side of Success
Much of my work is with people whose lives look accomplished on the outside, but who know something important has shifted beneath the surface.
They have built careers, businesses, reputations and lives that others admire. They perform well under pressure, make difficult decisions and carry significant responsibility. Yet success has never made anyone immune from being human.
Behind the composure can be grief, burnout, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, family pressures, fertility journeys, addiction recovery, the transition into parenthood or the quiet feeling that life no longer feels like their own.
What connects my clients is rarely what they do.
It is the weight they carry.
This isn't always about crisis.
Often, it is about recognising the cost of constantly performing before that cost becomes too great.
For many of my clients, therapy is not a last resort. It is an investment in protecting the life they have worked hard to build, strengthening their relationships and ensuring success does not come at the expense of their wellbeing, identity or future.
WHY MY APPROACH IS DIFFERENT
Over more than 17 years in private practice, I have come to believe that lasting change rarely happens through a single framework.
Traditional therapy often helps us understand where our patterns began. Coaching helps us focus on where we want to go. Both are valuable, yet neither always addresses the full complexity of being human.
You can understand your past and still repeat the same patterns.
You can achieve ambitious goals and still feel driven by fear, perfectionism or the belief that your worth depends upon what you achieve.
My work integrates psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, therapeutic coaching, neuroscience, nervous system regulation, NLP and subconscious re-patterning into one psychologically informed approach.
These are not separate services or techniques chosen from a menu. They are thoughtfully woven together according to what you need, where you are in your life and what the work requires.
The aim is not simply to help you cope.
It is to help you understand yourself differently, respond differently and create lasting change from the inside out.

What This Looks Like
Often my role is to notice what has become invisible to you.
The tension held in your body.
The perfectionism disguised as high standards.
The exhaustion hidden behind competence.
The behaviour that feels irrational until we understand what it has been protecting.
Many of the patterns my clients want to change were once intelligent adaptations. They helped them stay safe, gain approval, succeed, remain in control or navigate experiences that once felt overwhelming.
The challenge comes when those same strategies begin to limit the life they want to live today.

Together we explore those patterns with curiosity rather than judgement, combining psychological insight with practical action so that change becomes something you experience, not simply something you understand.
Challenge your thinking with honesty and compassion. Helping you explore other perspectives, giving life more movement towards one that feels more authentic, sustainable and Congruent with who you are becoming.

A Little About Me
Before training as a Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, my career began in the performing arts, working from an early age across television, theatre and international productions. Performing arts Training at a leading London Drama School. I continued to perform, teach and travel the world. Later moving on to work in global events, training and development before building and leading businesses of my own.
Those experiences continue to shape the way I work today.
They have given me first-hand insight into performance, visibility, leadership, commercial pressure, reinvention and the responsibility that comes with building something that other people depend upon.
Alongside this, I have spent years supporting individuals through some of life's most significant transitions. From boardrooms to television studios, from founders and healthcare professionals to creatives, parents and those rebuilding after profound change, I have had the privilege of witnessing what it means to be human beneath every title and achievement.
Today, I work privately with a small number of clients across Hertfordshire, London and internationally, allowing every therapeutic partnership to remain deeply personal, responsive and confidential.

An Invitation
If you are someone who has achieved much, yet senses there is another way of living and leading, one that feels less driven by pressure and more grounded in purpose, you are not alone.
Or perhaps life has presented you with something that feels difficult to carry alone. You may be navigating a significant transition, processing a painful experience, facing uncertainty, or simply searching for greater clarity about what comes next.
Whatever has brought you here, you do not have to navigate it on your own.
You do not have to wait until everything falls apart before giving attention to your own wellbeing. Because the greatest achievement is not simply building a successful life.
It is feeling at home within it.
PRIVATE PSYCHOTHERAPY & THERAPEUTIC COACHING
Psychological support for people carrying significant responsibility.
Success can be rewarding. It can also be demanding.
Whether you are leading a business, navigating a significant life transition, building a career, managing family responsibilities or simply carrying more than those around you realise, there are times when having the right psychological support changes everything.
My work combines psychotherapy, therapeutic coaching, clinical hypnotherapy and neuroscience to help you understand the patterns shaping your life, strengthen emotional resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.

This is not about fixing what is broken.
It is about creating the psychological freedom to think more clearly, lead more intentionally and feel more at home within your own life.
Every therapeutic partnership is tailored to the individual. The level of support depends on where you are now and what you need moving forward.
